Customize Permalink Structure
By default WordPress uses web URLs which have question marks and lots of numbers in them, however WordPress offers you the ability to create a custom URL structure for your permalinks and archives.
Wordpress offers a lot of options and you can use any of the following tags in your Custom Wordpress Permalink Structure.
%year% : The year of the post
%monthnum% : Month of the year
%day% : Day of the month
%hour% : Hour of the day
%minute% : Minute of the hour
%second% : Second of the minute
%postname% : The title of the post (or Post Slug)
%post_id%: The unique ID # of the post
%category%: The category name
%author% : The author name
some people suggest /%category%/%postname%/ structure because it informs category and title of post.
Try to use English as the Posts' Title, as it is Google friendly.
warning!
If you have been blogging for a while, changing your permalink structure may cause your inbound links to break. So setup a good Permalink Structure before you write a post is very important!
my suggest is:
1:Custom structure:/%category%/(your-site-keyword)%post_id%+%postname%.html ,
so this post's Permalink is

2: use English only as the Post Title
