I try several wordpress plugin, now I kept only 9 plugins including All-in-one-seo pack,
It really benefit some not English Speaking Blogger, because it can allow you make some post/page use English title (Google friendly), while display non-English character title when surfing.
It is a must-have plugin for non-English people.

for example:

if you do not have All-in-one-seo，

your title like that: %E7%99%BE%E5%BA%A6%E5%92%8Cgoogle%E4%B9%B1%E7%A0%81%E7%97%85%E6%AF%92%E

so, you can install the All-in-one-seo plugin, use English as the Wordpress Title, and set All-in-one-seo-pack Title as other character you want,

("rewrite_title" option should set to ON)
